However, when it is made with baking powder, rather than yeast, it does have a crumbly texture, and some people prefer rolls to a loaf shape. It is made with organic spelt flour, but the other ingredients are not organic Using Spelt flour we make :- 400g loaf (unsliced), rolls, french sticks, pizza bases and two sorts of reduced sugar cakes.
